UCPA SPORT STATION HOSTEL

Building on its expertise and excellence in the practice of sports, UCPA is opening Sport Stations, urban multiplexes for amateurs, families, clubs and events federated around the meeting of several disciplines. Designed as complete spaces, they offer not only sports facilities, but also a restaurant and a 230-bed hostel in their complex in Paris 19th arrondissement.

COLLECTIVE PLAY

UCPA commissioned CUT architectures to shape the concept of these convivial spaces, from the bleachers in the dining areas to the beds in the private areas. Modular tools adaptable to all uses: solo or in teams, evolving according to events and seasons. Places of hospitality expressing UCPA's collective and sporting universe, reflected in the very design of the furniture, conceived in modules of unique elements combining uses.

COMFORT AFTER EFFORT

In the hostel's rooms, CUT architectures has chosen to heckle the UCPA DNA while echoing the sporting universe of the communal spaces for a global signature. Here, oak modules are stacked and combined with espaliers to create bespoke bunk beds like micro-architectures, while guaranteeing privacy through wooden panels - either in natural oak or birch pegboard - and curtains that add a hushed note.

UCPA COLORAMA

All areas are designed in a palette of authentic colors and materials, inspired by the vocabulary of gymnastic apparatus: cognac leather and honey-tinted natural wood recall the aesthetics of the pommel horse. Oak clerestories meet solid beech espaliers at the headboards, serve as structure and ladder for the bunk beds in the dormitories, and support powder-coated steel accessories such as shelves, coat hooks and desks. Treated in the colors of the UCPA identity, they recall the brightly colored lines of the sports fields. Whether for individuals or teams, these spaces reflect the UCPA DNA, offering a friendly gym atmosphere combined with the warmth of a clubhouse.

Forte de son savoir-faire et de son excellence en matière de pratique sportive, l’UCPA se lance dans l’ouverture de Sport Stations, des multiplexes urbains à destination des amateurs, des familles, des clubs et des événements fédérés autour de la rencontre de plusieurs disciplines. Pensés comme des espaces complets ils proposent, en plus de l’offre sportive, un espace de restauration et un hostel de 230 lits dans leur complexe du 19ème arrondissement de Paris.

Jeu collectif

UCPA a missionné CUT architectures pour façonner le concept de ces espaces de convivialité, des gradins des espaces de restauration jusqu’aux lits des espaces privés. Des outils modulables et adaptables à tous les usages : en solo ou en équipe, évolutifs au gré des événements et des saisons. Des lieux d’hospitalité exprimant l’univers collectif et sportif d’UCPA, que l’on retrouve dans le dessin même du mobilier, conçu en modules d’éléments uniques combinant les usages.

Après l’effort le réconfort

Dans les chambres de l’hostel, CUT architectures a choisi de chahuter l’ADN UCPA tout en faisant écho à l’univers sportif des espaces communs pour une signature globale. Ici, les modules de chêne s’empilent et s’associent aux espaliers pour dessiner des lits superposés sur mesure imitant de micro-architectures à la fois espiègles et originales, tout en garantissant l’intimité des couchages grâce à des panneaux de bois – tantôt chêne naturel, tantôt pegboard de bouleau – et des rideaux apportant une note feutrée.

Colorama UCPA

L’ensemble des espaces est traité dans une palette de teintes et de matériaux authentiques, déclinée du vocabulaire des agrès de gymnastique : cuir cognac et bois naturel aux teintes miel rappellent ainsi l’esthétique du cheval d’arçons. Les claustras de chêne répondent aux espaliers en hêtre massif qui habillent les têtes de lit, servent de structure et d’échelle aux lits superposés des dortoirs ou offrent un support aux accessoires en acier thermolaqué, tantôt étagères, patères ou bureaux. Traités dans les couleurs de l’identité UCPA, ils rappellent celles des tracés de couleurs vives des terrains de sport. Seul ou en équipe, ces espaces à l’image de l’ADN UCPA offrent une ambiance conviviale de salle de sport mêlée à une atmosphère chaleureuse de club-house.
